Join Woven Health Clinic for Woven Together Celebrating Community Champions that brings our community together to celebrate and support accessible, whole-person healthcare. This event honors community champions and highlights the impact of our mission to provide affordable, compassionate medical and mental health care for all, regardless of income or insurance status.

This year we will be honoring the American Heart Association, Dr. Jaya Trivedi, Dr. Beth Farren, and Dr. Padraig O’Suilleabhain for their extraordinary contributions to advancing health and well-being in our community.

Funds raised through Woven Together directly support programs like primary care, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health counseling, and food and nutrition initiatives. Every dollar ensures that patients in need receive comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being.
